J.McLaughlin accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We strive to provide a seamless return experience to ensure you are completely satisfied with your classic American sportswear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location or driver; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
